• I find that in winter and in colder weather we just hide away and don’t wanna confront what were doing🤔🤝 remember that you can adjust without detaching!!!

• Trust that getting some coffee with someone and catching up is great!! Get some flowers for the week!! Call up your best friend!! Write some cute notes!!! Please remember to smile and look at yourself in the mirror and think about how incredible you are!❤️
