Hiiii I hope that you are all having an incredible day night or week and that you will have fun reading today's issue!

I LOVE eating (doesn’t everyone??) but something I HATE has to be indigestion and the feeling of absolute misery after I finish eating for a family of 5. Something that I tell EVERYONE to try is Kombucha and ginger OMG! I cry. everyday. Because I am so grateful for ginger candy after you eat it is like bliss and happiness it is crazy helpful. I will never ever stop advocating for ginger but also kombucha not only is it super yummy but it is sooooooooo good for bloating and gut health (be mindful of your own gut health!)
